Rachel has been an integral part of Potential and Springtime School for over eight years, beginning her journey as a Registered Behavior Technician and now serving as the Director of School Services. She holds dual master’s degrees in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for over four years. Rachel has played a crucial role in the growth of Springtime School, helping it expand from four students to twenty-eight. She is dedicated to providing each student with individualized, meaningful instruction, emphasizing compassionate care and trauma-informed approaches. Rachel’s clinical expertise and strong passion for research foster a knowledge base for the Springtime School staff, enabling them to deliver evidence-based practices. In addition to providing clinical oversight, Rachel ensures that school regulatory processes are up-to-date and followed, builds relationships with community and family partners, and oversees day-to-day school operations
