Annual Quality Report

Potential completes an IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) Annual Quality Report analyzing service quality, timeliness of services and compliance with licensure requirements.  A copy of the report may be requested by youth, young adult or parent, legal guardian or caregiver of a child, youth or young adult upon admission to services or at any time.
