Michelle Churchill

After earning degrees in Engineering from Virginia Tech, Michelle spent nearly two decades as a “Rocket Scientist” in the defense industry, working at the Navy Base in Warminster and onsite at the Pentagon. When her son, David, was diagnosed with Autism, she pursued a graduate degree in Special Education to support his growth, subsequently working in various roles within the Education sector.

Following David’s graduation, Michelle transitioned to the Pharma/Biotech industry for about 10 years. Today, she channels her passion into supporting and coaching those in the special education community. Leveraging her lived experiences with a “boot camp” approach, Michelle is dedicated to helping parents and caregivers roll up their sleeves and put in the work to successfully transition children into independent adults who contribute to their communities and live life to the fullest through her consulting.
