Description

Do you have a passion for helping people and a desire to make a difference?

Direct Support Professionals DSPs at Potential Inc. help adults with Autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities to reach their full potential by teaching communication skills, assisting with activities of daily living, reducing behaviors that interfere with quality of life, promoting independence, and integrating clients into their community. DSPs provide specialized attention to clients, working with one client at a time. Each individual has a unique plan created to meet their specific needs and goals. Services take place in private homes and the community, not in a group home or residential care facility.

Why Potential? Potential is a non-profit Autism service organization that works passionately to make meaningful changes in the lives of our clients.
