Join us as a Vendor at the Car Show & Family Fun Day for Autism

The undersigned (hereinaer, “Participant”), desiring to enter in the Potential Inc. (hereinaer, “Potential”) Car Show for Autism (hereinaer, the “Event”)
in Newtown, PA to be held on Saturday, Sept 27, 2025 (rain or shine) does hereby submit his/her Application. In consideration of the acceptance of his/her Application by Potential, Participant does hereby:

1. Accept the risks inherent in the Event and hereby releases and indemnifies Potential, its staff, volunteers, and agents from any and all personal injury and/or property loss, liability and/or damage, regardless of the source of said damage including, but not limited to, negligence arising from said Event;

2. State that Participant and/or his/her insurer will be solely responsible for any personal and/or property damage and/or liability claims which
may occur at said Event;

3. Give permission to Potential to use any photographs taken at said Event and information on Participant for publication in any books, brochures, magazines, newspapers, papers, lectures, motion pictures, television broadcasts, advertisements, posters, billboards, websites, emails and any other publication at such places as Potential shall designate without restriction and Participant waives any and all claims for compensation of any kind thereto.

4. Agrees to adhere to a strict “no alcohol on premises” policy during the event.

5. Acknowledges that Potential will not provide water, electric, generators, etc. and that Vendor will be responsible for providing everything needed to participate in this event. At the end of the event, Vendor assures that all garbage will be bagged and tied appropriately and placed behind Vendor space for event volunteers to remove and dispose of.
