Potential’s 10th Annual Car Show & Family Fun Day for Autism Postponed Due to Nor’easter

We know many of you have been looking forward to the Potential’s 10th Annual Car Show & Family Fun Day for Autism scheduled for tomorrow, and we were really looking forward to seeing everyone, too.
Unfortunately, Mother Nature has other plans. With the nor’easter expected to bring winds of 20 mph with gusts up to 35mph and heavy rain throughout the entire weekend, we’ve made the decision to postpone tomorrow’s car show.
At the end of the day, safety has to come first. With conditions expected to be extremely windy and wet, we don’t want our attendees, car owners, vendors, volunteers, or team members taking unnecessary risks.
We know postponing an event is disappointing, especially when so much planning and excitement has gone into tomorrow, but we know this is the right call for everyone.
We’re working on a new date now and will share the details as soon as they’re confirmed. Thank you to everyone who has supported Potential, registered a vehicle, signed up as a vendor, volunteered, or simply planned to come out and spend the day with us.
We’ll see you soon, just not tomorrow.
Stay safe, stay warm, and keep an eye out for the new date!
