At Potential, our mission to transform lives is made possible by the dedication, passion, and leadership of our team. As our organization grows, we are proud to recognize team members who consistently demonstrate clinical excellence and a deep commitment to the individuals and families we serve.
We are excited to announce two new additions to our Board of Directors!
Strengthening Our Governance: New Board Members
As Potential prepares for the future, strong strategic governance is vital to sustaining and expanding our reach. We are thrilled to welcome Matthew Sherlock and Ryan Gordon to our Board of Directors.
Matthew Sherlock Joins Our Board Of Directors

A lifelong Bucks County resident, Matthew Sherlock brings more than 15 years of legal and business advisory experience to Potential. As an Associate Attorney at Rothberg, Federman & Hollister P.C., Matthew works closely with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and organizations to navigate complex legal matters, including real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. His deep legal insight and passion for building sustainable paths forward will be instrumental in guiding Potential’s long-term operational and organizational strategy.
Ryan Gordon Joins Our Board Of Directors

Ryan Gordon, also a Bucks County resident, is a Financial Advisor and co-founder of Interval Wealth Advisors through Raymond James. Specializing in helping high-net-worth families, business owners, and retirees navigate complex financial decisions, Ryan brings a wealth of financial literacy and governance excellence to Potential’s board. His commitment to community service is well-established – he is the Immediate Past Board Chair of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce and is a Board member and Finance Committee Chair for Shir Ami. Ryan’s financial acumen and civic dedication will play a key role in ensuring Potential’s continued financial health and growth.
Looking Ahead Together
The strength of Potential lies in its people – from the dedicated staff working hands-on with clients and students every day to the strategic leaders serving on our Board. These new board appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to internal talent development, strong governance, and exceptional care.
Please join us in celebrating Matthew and Ryan as they embark on these exciting new chapters at Potential!
