Raj Prabhakaran is a Partner / Principal at EY Studio+. He brings 25 years of experience in helping clients solve some of their most complex problems in the areas of operational efficiencies, transitioning to new business models, and adapting to major industry shifts (e.g., Cloud, Gen AI) – which require new commercial models and sales cultures. Raj currently helps his clients move beyond basic CRM to build truly autonomous, AI-driven revenue engines.

Raj will guide Potential to deliver measurable value across growth, impact, and experience.

Raj lives in the Princeton area, along with his wife Usha, son Siddharth, and their loving pet Niko.
