James Hering

James Hering has been a resident of Bucks County for over 50 years and currently resides in Wrightstown Township. He is a Realtor at Long & Foster Real Estate with over 25 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. James also owns Roof Rejuvenate of PA, a company that sprays an environmentally friendly, bio-based oil to extend the life of asphalt shingles, saving homeowners thousands of dollars while benefiting the environment.

James joined Potential to support their mission of teaching individuals in the community to live better lives through education, and social and emotional support programs. He holds a degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and is well-connected throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties. With his entrepreneurial background, James is committed to raising funds for Potential’s various programs.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. James has been an active member of the Business Network International Chapter in Newtown, PA, for over 10 years, serving as President, Secretary-Treasurer, and in other membership committee roles. An avid golfer who enjoys the outdoors and loves to travel, James looks forward to growing with Potential and helping them achieve their mission.
