Emily Hammer, MS
Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance
Emily brings more than 20 years of experience in the administration of nonprofit and special education services. She comes to Potential from Elwyn, Inc. in Philadelphia where she served since 2002. Here, she held an array of roles including Director of Special Projects, Assistant Director of Service Delivery and Quality Assurance Advisor. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, process improvements and implementation, policy and procedure development, compliance and project management, metrics reporting, and relationship management.
As Potential’s Quality Assurance Manager, Emily ensures that the organization is compliant and meets the necessary requirements across all programs. She creates quality enhancement and improvement plans, oversees corrective actions and updates policy and procedures to align with regulations.
Emily holds a bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University and a master’s degree in Administration of Human Services from Chestnut Hill College. She is dedicated to supporting and improving high-quality, individualized programs that are in line with the mission and values she’s built her career on.
Emily lives in Yardley, PA with her husband and two children.
