Rachael Gallagher

Rachael has an M.S. in Nonprofit Management from the New School in NYC and holds a B.A. in Theatre from Point Park University. With 30 years of nonprofit management history, she has worked for well-known organizations – Young Audiences New York, The Wilma Theatre, People’s Light and Theatre, Montgomery Theatre and Berks Jazz Fest. For 15 years, Rachael served in key positions at The Conservatory (Doylestown). From 2018 – 2022 she was the Executive Director. Throughout her career, Rachael has successfully created educational programs, managed fundraising events and appeals, led organizations to develop strong operational processes, and engaged in community building to support a strong company culture. Rachael is a 15-year member at DCP Theatre (Teleford) where she is currently the vice president of the Board of Directors.
