I’ve called Bucks County home for over 30 years, grounding my personal and professional life in community, integrity, and purpose. After earning my MBA from La Salle University, I pursued a finance career focused on financial planning, analysis, and strategic budgeting. Today, as Accounting Manager at Potential, I apply that expertise to safeguard our organization’s fiscal strength and support sustainable growth and new ideas!

My passion for mentorship and teamwork extends beyond spreadsheets. For years, I’ve coached youth soccer and basketball, learning firsthand that impactful leadership grows from empathy, encouragement, and resilience. That same philosophy guides my work at Potential—helping to foster a collaborative culture where staff and families feel supported, empowered, and heard.

Through my membership in the National Association of Black Accountants, I stay current with best practices in finance and governance, bringing that insight to our board discussions. To me, being Accounting Manger is about more than managing numbers—it’s about stewardship, accountability, and aligning resources to fulfill our mission of helping individuals with autism reach their potential.

When I’m not in meetings or reviewing financials, you’ll find me enjoying summer days poolside or on the boat—moments that recharge me and keep me connected to what’s most important. I’m honored to contribute my experience, energy, and heart to the leadership team at Potential, and excited to help write our next chapter of impact and service.’
